Apprenticeship Learner Facilitator

1.0FTE, 37 hours per week


About the school

The school of business, computing, and social science is located across three campuses within Cheltenham and Gloucester which provide inspiring learning and teaching environments. This post will be based in our £18 million purpose-built school at Oxstalls Campus which is home to state-of-the-art technology, collaborative learning spaces and a dynamic team of educators.


We have achieved an excellent reputation in the design and delivery of apprenticeship programmes across all our subject groups and have ambitions to develop this further. We have developed an international reputation for our applied research, and we are a leading business school for the quality of our teaching provision.


About the role

We are looking to appoint a learner coach facilitator to join our dynamic, successful, and expanding community. We are ideally looking for applications who have experience of working with apprenticeships, can liaise with clients and students and demonstrate good communication skills.


This post will actively support our CMDA and SLA learners in their progress towards EPA, through the development of key skills and behaviours to be utilised in the workplace, as well as their academic progress toward the knowledge award. The post holder will support the effective onboarding, enrolment, and apprenticeship journey of learners, including the monitoring of regulatory compliance. Learner Coaches will also play an active role in the delivery and quality enhancement of CMDA and SLA programmes.
