At Arden University, we pride ourselves on being true innovators, disruptors and pioneers, our focus is to promote life-long learning and ensure that everyone, everywhere can access higher education. We are currently recruiting for 4 Apprenticeship Lecturers to join our Leadership and Management teaching here at Arden.
We have grown from 200 to 1400 employees over the last 5 years, and continue to have aggressive growth plans. This means we are able to offer fantastic progression and learning opportunities for our lecturers. In fact, a majority of our School's senior leadership team members started with Arden as associate lecturers and subsequently progressed to senior roles.
As an Apprenticeships Lecturer, you will also represent the University and its values, promoting the School of Leadership and Management and the Faculty of Business at external and internal events. The growth of the school in terms of increasing student enrolments and the validation of new, innovative programmes means that we need to recruit excellent lecturers to ensure ongoing success.

You will be able to demonstrate your ability to deliver a learner-centred delivery style.

Ideally you will have a teaching qualification or be prepared to work towards one. In addition, you will hold a minimum of a Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline and possess industry experience in management or leadership roles.

You'll be happy to pass an enhanced DBS check when offered the role.

DBS statement:

In our commitment to ensuring a safe and secure environment for all members of our community, we have established a policy that mandates the completion of a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check for all new staff members joining roles that involve working with apprentices. This precautionary measure is in place to safeguard the well-being of our apprentices and maintain the highest standards of security.
