SalaryJob Title: Apprenticeship Manager –Childcare (Early Years / Residential Childcare)
Location: Office Based – flexible with travel
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + fantastic benefits package!

The Role:
- Lead, manage and motivate a team of Assessor's, to achieve sustained high performance and compliance.
- Ensure all delivery staff have a clear understanding of their measurable Targets / KPI’s, and effectively performance manage them to achieve these targets.
- Recruit and select new Tutor's to join the delivery team.
- Manage and oversee IQA strategy
- Oversight of curriculum planning, working with the ‘Lead’ in this area, to ensure Apprenticeship programmes challenge learners and are meeting required standards.
- Carry out regular performance reviews with staff, to ensure timely reviews, completions and drive KPI’s.
- Provide monthly forecasting of learner progression and upcoming achievers in a timely manner.
- Provide necessary information to support with SAR / QIP
- Address under-performance and set out clear corrective actions for improvement.
- Monitor and drive learner progress – track and monitoring learner journey to EPA to ensure timely achievement.
- Manage allocation of learner caseloads across the team
- Ofsted, Matrix and ESFA audit preparation and readiness
- Build and nurture strong relationships with businesses and learners.
- Recent experience of managing and motivating a team of Assessors within the work-based learning sector.
- Must hold competency within Childcare (Early Years or Residential Childcare)
- Experience of supporting with Ofsted, Matrix and ESFA audit preparation and readiness
- Possess strong leadership, performance management and motivational skills.
- Full clean driving licence and use of own vehicle
- Must be flexible with travel UK wide
