Charles Hunter Associates are looking for an Approved Mental Health Professional. Do not apply for this role unless you have a Social Work Bachelor's Degree, is Registered with Social Work England, have completed an ASYE Year and have 2 years Post Qualifying experience and is a Qualified AMHP. About the team: The Team at Oldham Council is looking for an experienced Approved Mental Health Professional. You will be responsible for conducting assessments under the Mental Health Act 1983, ensuring that legislative requirements are followed through and where necessary, detention are met whilst upholding patient's rights. You will be liaising with GPs and key partners to develop and maintain multi - agency working. About you: The successful candidate will be a passionate and dedicated professional, with a strong working knowledge of Adult Social Work Legislation.
