To work as part of a team delivering first class, professional customer service, primarily providing the Council’s 24 hour, 365 days per year contract for answering and providing a solution for Assistive Technology alarm activations.
You will be responsible for the delivery of an emergency response, action and monitoring function, ensuring a social care focused approach, working alongside the response element of the service.
You will also work across teams delivering customer services through a diverse range of access channels, including face to face, telephone, intercom, door access control, text and email.
