Architectural Technician

Brand new opportunity for an Architectural Technician or Technologist in West Sussex A fantastic architectural practice located a short distance from the vibrant city of Brighton, is looking for an experienced Architectural Technician/Technologist or Senior Architectural Technician/Technologist to join their team. This is a great opportunity to join an established and reputable company working on a mix of large-scale projects and schemes, predominantly across the residential, commercial and hospitality sectors. As the selected Architectural Technician, you would be working alongside a talented team of architects, technicians and designers to produce accurate packages of work at all RIBA stages, with a particular focus on stages 3-4 onwards. To be considered for the position, you would ideally have the following skills and experience: Degree in Architectural Technology or Architecture (or equivalent) A minimum of 2 years' experience working within an Architectural practice in the UK An excellent understanding of current UK building regulations Sound technical knowledge, particularly at RIBA Stages 3-4 Proficient in the use of CAD software, e.g. AutoCAD, Vectorworks Experience working on large scale projects within the residential, mixed use or commercial sectors would be an advantage If you are looking to further your career as a qualified Architectural Technologist, Technician or Architectural Assistant, working alongside a fun and friendly team in a beautiful coastal location, this might just be the role for you.
