Responsibilities:

1. Design and Drafting:

• Utilize AutoCAD or similar design software to create detailed architectural drawings for commercial solar mounting projects.
• Work closely with the engineering team to translate conceptual designs into precise technical drawings.
• Ensure that architectural designs adhere to industry standards, local building codes, and project specifications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and engineers, to integrate architectural designs seamlessly into overall project plans.
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical expertise to ensure the successful execution of solar mounting systems.

• Conduct site assessments to gather relevant data for design and installation purposes.
• Collaborate with project managers and on-site teams to address architectural considerations during the planning and construction phases.

• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including construction drawings, specifications, and material lists.
• Keep accurate records of design changes, updates, and project-related communications.

1. Quality Assurance:

• Review architectural designs for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of design standards and processes.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design work.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Previous experience in the Solar Energy industry is a plus.
