We are currently recruiting for an Architectural Technologist to join an award-winning Architectural practice based in their Bristol office.

Currently working on a variety of projects within Healthcare, Residential, Technology, and Sports, Leisure, and Hospitality, candidates will be ensured that they have access to a varied workload - ideal for diversifying and enhancing your portfolio! Featured projects such as The Spine in Liverpool, the UK Hydrographic Office in Taunton, and Langarth Garden Village in Cornwall all provide insight into some of the exciting work you will be a part of.
Candidates will be joined by 15 other workers in the Bristol office, providing a tight knit yet hardworking group to learn from and work with. The salary for this position ranges from £30,000-£40,000 depending on previous experience, as well as numerous additional working bonuses.
The Role: Architectural Technologist
* Liasing with clients and contractors
* Regular visits to sites and site meetingsarchite
* Note taking of building regulations and coordination
* Formation of technical drawings from produced planning drawings
* Experience in Revit
* Assemble full specifications and answer complex issues
