Exciting Opportunity for an Architectural Technologist in Brighton
A Sussex studio seeks a motivated and ambitious Architectural Technologist to join their Technical team. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of residential and mixed-use projects varying in size and complexity.

Operating from multiple studios across the UK, including locations in Worthing, Central London, and Central Bristol, they specialize in various sectors, including residential, education, commercial, healthcare, and hospitality.
Position Overview
As an Architectural Technologist, you will work alongside the senior team on medium to large-scale mixed-use and residential projects from RIBA stage 4 onwards. Your responsibilities will include preparing working drawings and coordinating your work with others based on the client’s brief and planning information.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this position, you should meet the following criteria:
- 3+ years of UK experience post qualification.
- Strong technical skills gained on a range of mixed-use and residential projects.
- Excellent AutoCAD and IT (Microsoft Office) skills.
- Current working knowledge of Autodesk Revit is essential.
- Understanding of current Building Regulations, NHBC/LABC Warranty Guidance, and Associated Housing Standards.
- Capability to work autonomously and provide clients with a quick turnaround.
- Good communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
