Architectural Technologist

We are partnered with a highly regarded privately owned housebuilder who are renowned for delivering contemporary, bespoke housing projects throughout Kent. With significant growth plans in place, they are looking to transition their design in-house with the support of a CAD Technician / Architectural Technologist to work directly with the Technical Manager. Ideally, the successful incumbent will offer 3+ years of residential design experience from an architectural practice or developer, who can work autonomously to deliver working drawings in line with current and forthcoming planning regulations.
