Argiris Recruitment is delighted to be working with an Award-Winning Architectural Practice based in Cheshire that works on a diverse portfolio of work, including residential, education, healthcare, commercial and master planning. Our client is looking for an Architectural Technologist to join their friendly and passionate team.

You will be a good fit for this role if you are:

• CIAT Chartered
• Experience on RIBA stages 3-5
• Experience in education and residential sectors. Including experience in priority schools' frameworks and strong knowledge of affordable housing frameworks.
• Proficient in Revit (BIM Level 2 beneficial)
• A good knowledge of NBS
