The practice focuses predominantly on Residential projects, ranging from luxury builds to large-scale master plans and high-rise properties across the UK. Therefore, a strong background in the Residential sector is essential for this role. Housebuilder experience in particular would be highly advantageous.

To succeed in this position, you must have a deep understanding of current building regulations and be skilled in producing detailed technical drawings. Experience in coordinating with stakeholders like local authorities and contractors will be advantageous. Revit proficiency is a must for this role, along with AutoCAD.

The successful Architectural Technologist can expect a salary between 35,000- 40,000 with competitive benefits.
