My client is a well-established, highly reputable firm who utilise their over 20 years of experience to deliver innovative and creative designs for a variety of building types in residential and commercial sectors. They are looking for an enthusiastic, talent and driven Architectural Technician/ Technologist to join their friendly office in Exeter.
The successful candidate will be a confident user of AutoCAD ad the Microsoft Office packages, they will have technical excellence and boast some design flare.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician/ Technologist:
- CIAT Accredited or working towards depending on your level
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction and material
- Understanding of current Building Regulations
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Capable at taking projects from inception to completion
- Keen eye for detail and some design flare
- Confident user of AutoCAD
- Ideally you will have good working knowledge of Sketch Up or similar programs
