Architectural Technologist - Cardiff
We are recruiting for an Architectural Technologist with a proven track record to join one of the largest practices in the UK that possess 300 members of staff across a collective of 9 studios throughout the UK. You will be joining a design-focused, honest, and attentive team that is dedicated to increasing diversity within the practice that will symbolize the community in which you will work. Their office is located in Cardiff, it is extremely accessible by car or public transport.

As an Architectural Technologist, you will be expected to obtain skills in acquiring briefs and developing initial proposals while also producing and advising upon specifications, materials, and detailed design solutions. You should have an understanding of developing technical specifications in order to support work packages.
Revit is the preferred software in this department, so working knowledge of this is essential to the role.
The Position: Architectural Technologist - Cardiff
* Manage a small team within the studio.
* Produce and integrate design & production information.
* Developed experience with Revit.
* Produce detailed design solutions
* Managing design and production information
* Ensure compliance with design, and statutory/professional requirements for large and complex projects
* Develop technical specifications
* Communicate with a range of internal and external clients - including coordinating with other consultants.
The salary for this position is £25K to £37.5K (DOE).
