Architectural Visualiser Job in Chorley, Lancashire

Architectural Visualiser job available, joining a new AJ100. As a practice, their specialism is healthcare with projects across the UK. They are currently working on projects of up to £1bn in value. For this role, they’re offering up to £30,000, 3 days working from home, and a healthcare scheme.

The practice has an ever-growing portfolio of healthcare projects and a team of just under 100 people including designers, architects, and technicians. They are currently looking for an Architectural Visualiser to work closely with the team lead to produce high-quality imagery for the practice.

Role & Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively within a team
• Producing renders in Lumion and Enscape
• Working closely with and reporting to the visualisation team lead
• Work alongside Architects and practice managers
• Your day-to-day could vary from hand illustration to integration of Revit models, collaboratively working within the BIM structure
• Production of presentation materials and imagery.

Required Skills & Experience

• Ideally, you will have a minimum of 1 year in practice experience, however they consider part 1 applications
• You must have experience using rendering software such as Lumion and Enscape
• It is desirable for you to previously used Revit but this is not essential
• You must be able to live and work within the UK
• You must hold a relevant BSc in Architecture
• You will need a car and a valid drivers licence due to office location.
