Our client based in Gloucester are a very well-established family run busy motorcycle dealership with many franchises. They now have a fantastic permanent opportunity to become a key part of a very supportive and approachable small sales team. This company offer a great, relaxed, and friendly environment to work within as well as industry leading product and manufacturer training! Joining them you will have excellent rates of pay with uncapped commission structure.

The ideal candidate will take pride in their ability to support customers with their motorcycle choices, whilst delivering exceptional levels of professionalism and above all, an outstanding customer experience.

Previous automotive experience is highly beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

- Maintaining above national average for Customer Experience Programme and Mystery Shops.

- Managing all enquiries by use of contact online and Manufacturer systems.

- Ensuring accurate completion of all documentation.

- Assisting the team to ensure the showroom presentation is second to none.

- Deliver first class leading customer service with every interaction.

- Adhere to all manufacturer programmes.

- Actively promote the high standards of the company at all times.

Hours - The role is full time 5 days a week including Saturdays with a day off in the week.

Salary - OTE of £35k + company vehicle after probation period + workplace pension scheme + opportunity to attend Manufacturer events including experience days.
