We are currently recruiting for a Sector Manager to support the KAN business in all aspects of self-delivered activities within the aligned UK sector and will work alongside direct and indirect account teams to ensure effective service delivery.

As Sector Manager, you will collaborate closely with both direct and indirect account teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Making sure Mobile Supervisors have work set for the day and know where they are going
- Recruiting Placemaker staff
- Audit/spot check of cleaning standards
- Actively encourage a customer-based focus within their aligned Placemaker team
- Meet agreed deadlines and quality specifications and provides timely feedback to internal stakeholders
- Responsible for Health and Safety of all front-line Placemakers, including incident/accident management, Toolbox talks and Near Hit program
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Experience in management role
- Cleaning experience
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Must be adaptable and proactive
- Ability to effectively manage priorities and projects
- Good MS Office and general IT Skills
- Driving Licence
- Flexibility to travel to sites across Oxfordshire, Berkshire and South Wales
