Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Ensure all jobs are completed promptly, meeting SLA deadlines without fail.
- Price jobs in your assigned area accurately and consistently.
- Handle all phone calls from teams and contractors efficiently and effectively.
- Take accountability for the timely servicing, repair, and cleanliness of vehicles in your area.
- Strategically plan all jobs, optimizing routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide support to our Admin team by assisting with quoting more complex jobs.
- Build and maintain a network of contractors to support operations during peak periods.
