Area Leader Food Production L34

Gap Personnel who are operating as an employment business are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for 2 Area Leadersfor a food manufacturing company based in Knowsley L34 area.

The position is ongoing and will change into a permanent contract for suitable candidates.

The responsibilities will include, but might not be limited to:

· To manage a team of 3 working in production.

· To ensure the team is trained and upskilled where required

· The role is physical and requires manual handling

· To manage and control the production of up to 60 tons of products per week

This is a TTP role. Successful candidates will go perm after 12weeks.

Ideal candidate will have:

· Mature and responsible approach

· Excellent communication skills

· Experience within food manufacturing

· Experience managing a small team

· Be flexible

Hours of work:

· Monday to Friday

· rotational

· 05:00-13:00 and 13:00-21:00

Rate of pay:

· £13.50ph
