An industry leading Estate Agency Group are recruiting a highly motivated and accomplished Area Lettings Manager to join the Senior Management Team to head up branches across Surrey, Sussex & Hampshire.

You will need to have an extensive background in Estate Agency and Residential Property Lettings and in order to apply for the role, you will be currently running multiple branches and be an influential leader with an ability to operate at both operational and strategic levels and have an innate sense of positivity and drive.

The ideal candidate will live within the geographic region, have a proven record of over target performance, an ability to train, develop and mentor staff as well as have impeccable financial management and budget setting.

Skills: The skills required for this Area Lettings Manager role will include:

• Extensive experience in Estate Agency
• Held a Senior Management level position within the industry
• Significant business development background in Estate Agency
• Written and implemented exciting sales and marketing strategies
• Excellent track record of success
• Strong and charismatic leader
• Full Driving License essential
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
