Experienced Area Manager
Required at well-established Cleaning Company, to cover the Northwest Area.
Successful applicant will report directly to the Operations Director
Salary is Competitive with Company Car / Car Allowance
Role
Area Manager to cover new and existing contracts in the Liverpoolo & Wirral area, ability to travel throughout the area and flexibility for the needs of the day-to-day operation. We are looking for a well organised can-do team member, able to manage workload efficiently and effectively, build and maintain relationships with cleaners, head office and clients.
Ability to manage own time and react to the daily operational needs.
Previous experience of managing teams across various sectors i.e., Schools, Commercial etc.
Able to manage time efficiently.
Good reporting.
Recruitment and managing staff sickness and holidays.
Client visits on a regular basis.
Order and manage budget for consumables.
Able to complete detailed quotations.
Knowledge of how to mobilise a new Contract.
Provide weekly movement sheet / report to Operations Director.
Consult
with Operations Manager for mobile relief cover.
Manage Health & Safety at each site.
Ensure employees have site induction/fully updated training records.
Cover cleaning when required.
Working with Office Management to ensure service delivery.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the cleaning industry.
IOSSH would be advantageous.
Driving Licence is essential.
Good Communication both written and verbally
Understanding Report Systems such as Timegate etc.,
