An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Area Roads Officer, to join the team within Road Services in Environment & Place. Based in Endrick House, Stirling, we are seeking an individual to plan and deliver the cyclic Roads maintenance and capital work programme in conjunction with the Roads Maintenance Team Leader. To maintain and improve the road network efficiently and effectively as resources permit in accordance with the requirements of the Councils Road Asset Management Plan (RAMP). Respond to customer enquiries, complaints, service requests regarding the road network. To partake in the delivery of the Winter Maintenance service as a Duty Officer. The postholder will also be responsible for provision of advice in connection with roads related structure design and engineering aspects of projects.
