Area Sales Manager - Northern England

Our client is a wholesale provider of a range of home electronics and AV equipment to the UK market. They have recently agreed a deal to launch a German TV brand into the UK and have signed agreements with a large independent group of retailers to stock these products.
As such they are looking to hire an Area Sales Manager to look after a Northern England and Scotland patch.
The role will be focussed on both engaging with the aforementioned group as well as looking for new independent stockists to take the products, so is a blend of Sales and Account Management.
We are looking for people that have experience of sales in either the TV/AV space either for a brand or agency. A background in sales/account management or potentially from working on an in-store concession is sought.
Candidates will need to be extremely personable, great communicators and enjoy interacting with clients and prospecting for new ones.
