Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients in the exterior lighting sectors, boosting sales turnover.
- Market Insight: Understand customer needs and competitor offerings, providing insights to the Sales Director for product development and market strategy.
- Sales Strategy: Create and execute a specification sales strategy for the region, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Customer Experience: Collaborate with internal departments to deliver outstanding customer service and support.
- CRM Management: Keep customer contact information up-to-date and ensure activities are documented in our CRM system.
- Project Support: Provide comprehensive on-site support before, during, and after installations.
- Industry Trends: Report on commercial trends, technological advancements, and key personnel changes within the industry.
- Sustainability Advocacy: Promote our environmental, sustainability, and socio-economic values to all clients.
