Job Title: Area Sales Representative - Demolition Tools and Equipment
Location: Winchester, Hampshire
Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 (Base Salary) + Commission

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and target new business opportunities through cold calling and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Demonstrate and present the benefits of our demolition tools and hydraulic attachments to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position our offerings in the market.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the construction or Plant Hire industry.
- Strong ability to initiate and foster business relationships through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of demolition tools, hydraulic attachments, and construction equipment.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Full UK driving license.
