Area to be covered: Midlands & East Anglia
Remuneration: £50,000 neg + uncapped commission
Benefits: Fully expensed hybrid car & full benefits
The role of the Area Sales Manager - Plumbing Systems & Underfloor Heating will involve:
- Field sales position, selling a manufactured range of plumbing pipes & fittings, underfloor heating, pre-insulated pipework, district heating and to a lesser extent heat interface units
- 80% of your time selling into independent merchants such; MP Moran, UKPS & MKM
- The remaining 20% selling to national merchants
- Will have interaction with M&E contractors
- Turnover target circa £380k
- Project sizes vary however £350-£1k per house
- 70% new business / 30% account management
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Plumbing Systems & Underfloor Heating with:
- Must have field sales experience selling Plumbing & Heating Products / systems
- Must have sold to merchants
- Ideally have contact with M&E contractors
- Ideally sold plumbing systems, central heating, boilers, chilling systems, underfloor heating or related products
- Energetic self starter capable of handling multiple tasks to deadlines
- Calm trustworthy and professional approach
