My client are Europes leading providers for fantastic tooling, workstations and PPE. They pride themselves on delivering high levels of customer service and being the 1 stop shop for all Manufacturing and Engineering needs.
Due to a promotion we re looking for a Area Sales Manager who will be responsible to sell their Industrial supplies portfolio range within the East Midlands region. Flexibility towards frequent travel to the territory you d look after is essential, as well as occasional overseas travel for product training and new product launches will also be required.
- East Midlands Specialist: Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire and possibly South Yorkshire postcodes
- West Midlands Specialist: Herefordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, West Midlands and Worcestershire
Flexibility towards frequent travel to the territory you d look after is essential, as well as occasional overseas travel for product training and new product launches.
To be successful as a Area Sales Manager, we re looking for the following skills / experience:
- 'MUST' have knowledge of Cutting tools and knowledge of industrial supplies.
- Technical knowledge to provide advice, solutions and benefits to clients.
- Market knowledge of products, prices & competitors.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Confident in presenting and negotiate products to clients and at trade shows/exhibitions
