The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of farm accounts within Southern England. Your primary duties will include developing and monitoring sales plans, providing crop nutrition services, managing orders, offering agronomic advice, and coordinating marketing activities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to their mission of promoting sustainable agriculture and making a positive impact on our planet.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate for this position will have a degree level education or equivalent experience, with a strong agronomic and commercial experience with a passion for Crop Nutrition and a drive to succeed. A FACTS qualification is essential, and a BASIS qualification is advantageous. Successful candidates will demonstrate previous experience in sales and technical advisory roles, along with excellent interpersonal and commercial skills. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated and results-driven.
