Field Based
£37,000 plus company car & commission (OTE £49,000)

Elevation are excited to working with a leading manufacturer of hydraulic and pneumatic components, recruiting an field based Area Sales for the Southern region to play a pivotal role in driving distributor business forward.

Area SalesRoles and Responsibilities:
- Take charge of overall customer and geographic management within allocated channels and the Southern region.
- Successfully promote and sell a comprehensive range of products to both new and existing customers through relevant distribution channels.
- Increase the number of customers selling products within the territory.
- Continually develop and maintain a robust prospect database within the Southern region.
- Maintain a balanced focus of approximately 60% on existing account management and 40% on new account development.
- Successfully manage and service all relevant customer requirements within the Southern region using all available media.
- Implement necessary objectives and key account management to achieve area targets.
- Continually monitor and provide feedback on competition and market conditions.
- Provide visit reports and necessary administration in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team, supporting cross-functional sales and distribution.
Area SalesSkills and Experience:
To be considered for this role, you must live within a close proximity to the M4 or M3
- Sales-driven with a exceptional customer service delivery
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate at all levels and influence relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- IT Proficiency: Computer literate with expertise in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Team Player: Strong organisational skills with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Self-Motivation and drive with demonstrated enthusiasm
- Proven track record in new business growth through consultative selling methodologies.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven ability to be a self-motivator and deliver successfully on challenging goals and targets.
- Full clean UK driving licence
