What you will be doing
- Conducting Market Appraisals for 3 x branches
- Instructing new properties
- Maximising fee growth and conversion rates
- Advising Local Builders and Developers
- Developing additional income stream such as Lettings, Conveyancing and Mortgages
- Assisting in the future direction of the company with ideas and suggestions to improve service and the local property market
- Be aware of new business opportunities which may arise and be able to present your ideas to the business owners in such a way as to gain support in developing those ideas
What you will have
- Previous experience as a Sales Valuer
- Strong knowledge of the local market
- Full UK Driving licence and access to own vehicle
