EYFS Teacher to join our Additional Resource Provision (ARP) unit within a primary school in Southall.**About Us:**This school is a welcoming and inclusive primary school committed to providing exceptional education and support for all students. Their additional resource provision (ARP) unit caters to children with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, ensuring they receive tailored support and access to a rich and stimulating learning environment.Job Responsibilities:- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the individual needs of children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.- Adapt teaching strategies and resources to support children with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Speech and Language Difficulties, and Global Developmental Delay.- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other professionals to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that promotes children's progress and well-being.- Conduct ongoing assessments and observations to monitor children's development and progress, using this information to inform planning and provision.- Build positive relationships with children, parents/carers, and external agencies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to support children's holistic development.Requirements:- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.- Previous experience working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), preferably within a specialist provision or Additional Resource Provision (ARP) unit.- Strong understanding of SEND legislation, best practices, and effective teaching strategies for supporting children's diverse needs.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.- Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to working with children with SEND.How to Apply:If you are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children with SEND and would like to join our dedicated ARP unit team, please submit your CV and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and qualifications to Rose @ Axcis.co.ukApplication Deadline: ASAP
