Aspire people is thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and passionate Teacher of Art to join an exceptional secondary school in Spalding. This role is to start ASAP, 4 days a week (Tuesday-Friday)
Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and creative Art lessons.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students' artistic expression.
* Teach KS3 and KS4 Key, ensuring lessons are tailored to the needs of diverse learners.
* Utilize a variety of teaching methods to inspire and engage students in the arts.
* Assess and provide constructive feedback on students' progress.
* Collaborate with the department and contribute to extracurricular activities.

Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. (Desirable)
* Specialization or significant experience in teaching Art and/or Design Technology.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students in a creative learning environment.
* Strong classroom management and communication skills.
* Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere in the classroom.
