In the Borough of Redbridge an 'Outstanding' Secondary School are on the hunt for an Art Teacher / Art ECT for a September 2024 start. This is a permanent, and full-time contract.

The Head Teacher is looking for an ambitious Art Teacher / Art ECT who is keen to add value to an expanding Art Department. The School is renowned for their supportive SLT, and impressive Progress 8 results across all subjects.

• ECTs welcome: 1:1 Mentor, bespoke ECT induction, In & out of house training and more
• September 2024 start - Full Time & Permanent
• MPS1-UPS3 - £36,500 - £55,000 + TLR
• Located in the Borough of Redbridge

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining
• Strong academics across the board - Degree, A Levels and GCSEs
• Must be meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a 'Good or Outstanding' level
• You must be able to work as part of a large team of Art Teachers
• Must be willing to listen to feedback
