Position Overview:
As the Art Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and imaginative art lessons to students in Years 3 to 6. This position, managed by Aspire People, offers the chance to contribute to the development of young artists and may potentially lead to a longer-term opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver inspiring art lessons tailored to the needs of students in Years 3 to 6.
Nurture creativity and artistic expression in students.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment within the art studio.
Assess and provide feedback on students' artistic progress.
Collaborate with colleagues to integrate art into cross-curricular activities.
Participate in school events and contribute to the overall school community.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience teaching art.
Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one.
Passion for fostering creativity and artistic skills in students.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to inspire and engage students in the learning process.
