This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire students and nurture their creative talents in the fields of art and photography. As an Art Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and teaching engaging art lessons following the national curriculum standards.
- Encouraging students to discover different art forms, techniques, and styles of photography.
- Creating a welcoming classroom where students feel encouraged to express themselves creatively and try new things.
- Evaluating student advancement, offering helpful feedback, and aiding in their growth.
- Working together with other teachers to improve the art and photography curriculum and extracurricular programs.
- Preparing students for exhibitions and showcasing their artistic and photographic talents.
Qualifications and Attributes:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialization in Art.
- A thorough grasp of the art curriculum and successful teaching methods
- Passion for art and the ability to inspire and engage students in meaningful creative projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with students and colleagues.
- Strong classroom management skills, creating an environment conducive to artistic and photographic exploration.
- Dedication to ongoing professional development and staying updated with advancements in art and photography education.
