SalaryTo support the Arts Programme Manager and Arts Curator (Participation Programmes) with Charity Arts Programme To support the Arts Curator (Participation Programmes) with the development and delivery of a new Live Arts Participation Programme for Charity Arts Programme To provide a high quality, effective and efficient administration of the Live Arts Programme To liaise with colleagues in the Charitys finance team, to ensure that payments are made quickly, accurately, and efficiently To maintain efficient records of Charity Live Arts Programme enquiries and activities and assist with the monitoring and evaluation of Charity Live Arts Programme, analysing, and interpreting data and reporting on the cumulative and individual impact of the Live Arts Programme To support the Arts Curator (Participation Programmes) with implementation, monitoring and audit requirements of Arts Programme governance for the Charity Committee to ensure compliance with the regulatory framework of the Charity Commission and associated bodies To provide publicity, training and education on Charity Live Arts Programmes and the process for Trust staff and external partners to engage where required To prepare reports for the Charity Committee and Charity Working Groups To work as a key member of the Charity team, contributing to broader engagement and administrative work that contributes to the Charitys overall effectiveness As a flexible working friendly organisation, we want to be sure that you can work in a way that is best for us and for our patients, and for you.
