Claimant Personal Injury and Asbestos role - agile working role - NQ - 4 years PQE
A Top Tier firm is currently looking for a Personal Injury/ Industrial Disease Solicitor to join their fast paced but friendly team based in Reading. The team operates on a hybrid working model and therefore the candidate will be expected to attend to our offices in Reading 2-3 days each week. 
Experience/ Attributes required

• Previous experience in Personal Injury/ Industrial Disease 
• The ability to manage your own caseload with supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills will be required to take new client calls and information gathering
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Marketing/ BD experience

• Able to work effectively in a team.

The case-load you will be handling is claimant Personal Injury and asbestos cases, these will will high value/ MT and lower value MT cases. You will be handling your own case-load whilst also assisting the partners with high value files. You will also have supervision when needed on cases.
