Job Title: Asbestos Consultant.
Location: Reading, Berkshire.
Salary / Benefits £22k - £38k + Training + Benefits
An established and renowned Asbestos Consultancy are now seeking to recruit an Asbestos Consultant. You will be joining an established team of consultants and surveyors, covering Commercial, Industrial, and Educational sites across the South of England. The successful candidate will come from a strong consultancy background and will be able to demonstrate, a strong technical understanding of HSG guidelines and experience delivering high-end consultancy advice and recommendations to clients. Consideration will be given to candidates from: Newbury, Windsor, Slough, Hemel Hempstead, Aylesbury, Luton, High Wycome, Bracknell, Woking, Guildford, Basingstoke, Alton, Farnborough, Camberley, Aylesbury, West London.
Experience & Qualifications:
" BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent (minimum).
" Will have experience working in a surveying position for a UKAS accredited asbestos consultancy.
" Experienced working on a mixed portfolio of sites.
" Will always have a professional and courteous manner.
The Role:
" Conducting management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
" Undertaking re-inspection surveys upon completion of work.
" Liaising with clients routinely, ensuring to provide excellent consultancy services and advice.
" Ensuring work is conducted in line with HSG 264 guidelines.
" Using industry relevant systems to produce detailed reports. (TEAMS / TRACKER)
