Your new role
This is a nationwide role working on mainly commercial buildings you will be: conducting on-site and desktop audits, writing reports, providing technical advice, and liaising with other departments and contractors. You will have the opportunity to work from home when the opportunity arises and an electric vehicle (EV) will be provided by the company in order to aid travel. Some travel to the office in Derby is required (once or twice a month).
What you\'ll need to succeed
- Report writing skills- Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide
- Knowledge of asbestos legislation.
- Either P402 - BOHS Building Surveys and Sampling or P405 - BOHS Management of Asbestos in Buildings
- 3 year UK work history
