Position: Commercial Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst
Location: Northampton and the M1 corridor
Salary: The salary for this role ranges from £26,000 to £39,000, based on the candidate's experience and expertise.

Dual-Skilled Bonus: Candidates who possess dual skills will be eligible for an additional £2,000, enhancing the total compensation package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough and meticulous asbestos surveys and analysis, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure precise reporting and communication.
• Generate comprehensive reports and maintain accurate records of survey outcomes.
• Execute inspections and sample collection procedures, maintaining rigorous safety protocols.
• Uphold strict compliance with health and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

• A proven track record as an accomplished Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst.
• Proficiency in conducting surveys, collecting samples, and carrying out analysis.
• Familiarity with pertinent regulations and guidelines governing asbestos-related work.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational aptitude.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Possession of dual skills, such as additional certifications or qualifications, will be highly advantageous.
