SOCOTEC is a leading provider of asbestos management and consultancy services across a wide range of business sectors and property types. SOCOTECs highly experienced team of asbestos consultants are fully accredited to carry out asbestos management, refurbishment or demolition surveys to UKAS No. 0148 standards. Our extensive network of regional offices and laboratories, allows both national and local clients, to benefit from our services. SOCOTEC also delivers UKATA approved asbestos awareness courses, as well as bespoke professional training, which can be delivered from your premises.
Were looking for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join our team, working on key projects across London and the South East for a range of cleints, including:
- Consultancy works on Ministy of Defecne sites;
- Blue chip retial clients;
- Rail sector works, including stations and traincare depots; and
- Residential and Council / Government portfolios.

- Hold the BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 surveying qualification;
- Have the motivation to work independently to succeed and complete works to a high standard;
- Be a good communicator with the confidence to liaise with clients, face to face on a daily basis;
- Have a good level of computer literacy, particularly an understanding of mobile devices and applications; and
- Have an understanding of Health and Safety requirements and the need to work safely at all times.
