Our client is a leading environmental consultancy firm dedicated to providing comprehensive asbestos management solutions. With a commitment to excellence and safety, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Asbestos Surveyor with a P402 qualification to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

As an Asbestos Surveyor you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough asbestos surveys in accordance with HSE guidelines and industry best practices.
• Utilizing your P402 qualification to assess and identify asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) in various buildings and structures.
• Preparing detailed reports outlining survey findings, including photographs and recommendations for asbestos management or removal.
• Collaborating with clients, contractors, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
• Staying informed about industry developments, regulations, and advancements in asbestos management practices.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• P402 qualification in Building Surveys and Bulk Sampling for Asbestos.
• Proven experience as an Asbestos Surveyor, demonstrating competence in conducting various types of asbestos surveys.
• Strong knowledge of asbestos-related legislation, guidelines, and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using asbestos survey software and related tools.
