Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Bristol, Somerset.
Salary / Benefits £22k - £36k + Training + Benefits
Family run Asbestos company with a strong presence in the South West region. They are now looking to recruit a Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to cover Healthcare, Educational, Local Authority and High Security sites providing the full range of surveying and analytical services in line with HSG guidelines. Our client can offer excellent training and progression into a Project Management position, alongside excellent company pension, holiday allowance and attractive salary.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Bath, Chippenham, Swindon, Trowbridge, Shepton Mallet, Warminster, Andover, Sailsbury, Newbury, Ilminster, Yeovil, Bridgewater, Minehead, Taunton, Newport, Cardiff, Caerphilly, Bridgend, Barry, Port Talbot, Swansea.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Will hold the P402, P403, P404 or RSPH qualification.
" Extensive experience working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy.
" Able to use TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
" Able to work efficiently in line with company / client needs.
" Excellent understanding of Health and Safety guidelines.
The Role:
" Working on a varied site base, carrying out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
" 4 Stage clearances.
" Leak, smoke, background, reassurance re-occupation and personal air testing.
" Sampling of ACMs, ensuring to bag and label correctly.
" Undertaking onsite audits in line with clinet needs.
" Carrying out re-inspection surveys upon completion of work.
" Using industry relevant systems to produce detailed reports (TEAMS / TRACKER)
" Working in line with relevant Health and Safety guidelines.
" Providing excellent consultancy advice to clients.
