The School and Role

This outstanding specialist school setting in Oldham caters for students aged 11-16 with a diagnosis of autism. This school is currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated ASC Teaching Assistant on a full time basis to work 1:1 and in small groups with the children and young people who attend. This full time ASC Teaching Assistant role is long term and potentially permanent.

Requirements

The desired ASC Teaching Assistant will have

• A desire to work with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
• Have relevant experience of working with children, young people or vulnerable adults
• Have a patient and caring nature
• An ability to work well within a team
