Ashes Delivery Specialist - KnutsfordLocation: Knutsford40 hours per week Monday to Friday attracting £28.524.60 per annumThe successful candidate will be responsible for:To return the cremated remains of the deceased as instructed by the applicant in a respectful and empathetic manner to ensure a positive impression of the CompanyTo ensure that all ashes are returned within the agreed service level that the company instructs.The ideal candidate will:Be smart and well presented in the provided uniform at all times, and ensure that their vehicle is present similarly.Have excellent listening and communication skills to be able to answer customer questions, extract appropriate information and deliver outstanding Customer care; being especially aware that some customers may be vulnerable.Have the ability to obtain and record information in an accurate way and ensure that all process and procedures are adhered with in a methodical and compliant way.Become expert in the use of the Body Tracking Application and ensure 100% compliance with its utilisation.
