We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join a new team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations. In the absence of the Manager you will need to be confident to take the lead.

- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Manage and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and restocking merchandise
```Skills```
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience at management level is preferred
