We’re looking for an AskHR Advisor to join us on a 6 month Fixed-Term basis to deliver just that!
The Opportunity
Our AskHR Advisors are given the platform to directly help colleagues and senior stakeholders business wide with their questions and concerns, making a positive difference in their professional world through excellent customer service and the provision of relevant and concise information in a timely manner.

What you’ll be doing As an AskHR Advisor you’ll be part of a collaborative team providing first class customer service to the business, being first point of contact for all HR related queries via our Live Chat platform, appointments and email, supported by our HRHub case management system and a suite of virtual agent and Ai driven tools. You’ll take ownership and seek resolution for all general HR enquiries as well as offering accurate, effective and relevant first line HR policy advice to all colleagues on subjects like performance management, payroll enquiries, sickness absence, benefits, annual leave queries, workplace wellbeing advice and disciplinary procedures (to name just a few!). AskHR Advisors will work collaboratively with our wider Employee Services and HR teams as well as other key business stakeholders to ensure all enquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Who you are
You’ll bring a personable, “can-do” attitude to your role as a AskHR Advisor, focusing on providing great customer service and support through clear and concise written and verbal communications. Ideally, you’ll have experience or be able to adapt to a virtual working environment with a large proportion of work taking place collaboratively in a digital world whilst working from home. Ideally, you’ll have a high level of IT confidence and be able to grasp new systems and software with ease. You’ll be able to manage multiple virtual activities and tasks through multiple channels (Live Chat, phone, case management systems and email) whilst prioritising and effectively managing your workload. Your customer service skills will be second to none, and providing a tactful, personable, and informative service will come naturally to you.
