Hybrid, full-time permanent position offering up to GBP24,000, based in Birmingham City Centre.
A purpose-led Law Firm is looking to hire an aspiring Legal PA to work as part of a Support Team for groups of stakeholders and team members, working three days in office and two days at home. With this being a client focussed role, the successful individual will need to be proactive, organised & flexible.
This role will chiefly involve:
Diary Management for yourself and relevant team members
Creation and management of meeting and relevant arrangements
Opening, closing and file sorting both paper and electronic based while maintaining the end to end filling process
General administrative tasks such as billing expenses and updating records
Dealing with both internal and external emails and phone calls and ensuring that all messages are concisely passed on.
Utilizing CRM to update, manage, report and research relevant information.
The successful applicant will have the following skills and qualities:
Prior experience within a Law Firm based environment
Excellent professional communication skills both face to face and via online methods
Ability to manage their own workload and delegate responsibilities when needed
Solid skills and knowledge using Microsoft applications such as Outlook & Teams
Desire to work proactively and go above and beyond the call of duty
