We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Aspiring Psychologist to join a dynamic team in Enfield. As an Aspiring Psychologist, you will be an integral part of a school community, working closely with teachers, parents, and children to promote mental well-being and academic success. This role offers a unique chance to develop your skills and gain valuable experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Provide one-on-one and group support to students with emotional, social, and behavioral challenges.
• Develop and implement intervention strategies to support students' psychological and educational development.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to create and maintain a positive and inclusive school environment.
• Conduct assessments to identify students' needs and monitor their progress.
• Support the development and delivery of mental health and well-being programs.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings to ensure comprehensive support for students.
• Offer guidance and training to staff and parents on child development and psychological issues.

• A passion for working with children and a desire to pursue a career in psychology.
• Relevant qualifications or working towards a degree in psychology or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children in an educational or therapeutic setting is desirable.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures.
