Assembler/Solderer

Main Responsibilities:
* PCBA assembly involving SMT and PTH soldering
* Cable assembly, involving the use of crimp tools
* Electro mechanical assembly
* Working from customer BOM's / drawings to ensure that manufacturing is completed to required standards.
* PCBA rework
Experience / Skills / Qualifications:
* IPC 610 experience/knowledge
* Good standard of PTH/SMT soldering working to minimum IPC610 class 2
* Excellent component recognition / knowledge.
* Ability to work with fine pitch components under a microscope.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to understand and clearly communicate technical information.
* Ability to prioritize a busy workload.
* Ability to excel under pressure.
* Inspection experience not essential but would be an advantage.
